Award winning chocolate nougat (pictured above) made with Valrhona pure Venezuelan 72% chocolate, honey, almonds and hazelnuts. This won a top gold 3 star award in 2011 Great Taste Awards. This is also available in a Valrhona 70% organic and fairtrade Andoa Noire chocolate, a blend of Grand Crus cocoa beans.

We also make 3 soft nougats: almond/apricot/orange; almond/pistachio; and almond/raspberry/fig. Stunning! Soft, flavoursome, delicious.

Slow melt, rich, intense chocolate truffles made with the same pure Venezuelan 72% chocolate and dark rum. But, these can be made with aromatics of your choice.

And, now, new Biscotti Thins (pictured above). Flavoured with seeds, different nuts, or some dried fruits, these crispy biscotti are not gluten free. Confektz is creating a new flavour that will be gluten-free.
