This premium range of confectionery offers high-end retailers real growth opportunity on confectionery counters. All Confektz gourmet marshmallows and other confectionery are made from the finest local and international ingredients, including fresh East Anglian organic free range eggs, natural extracts and flavours, real fruits (local where possible), real liquors, and East Anglian beet sugar. These products have subtle flavours and good textures and they develop longer taste on the palate. All products are handmade to order in small batches by specialist staff. They are also gluten free, but they are unsuitable for vegans.

Quality confectionery is about pleasure, about sensation in your mouth and developing flavour. The concept begins with flavour and texture, using sugar as the vehicle to surprise you and your customers.

Confektz creates and supplies these premium products to specialist confectionery counters and to blue chip stockists such as Fortnum & Mason, London. This confectionery sells well for home consumption, as wedding favours, and as gifts.

Recent food research shows that consumers continue to support premium products that reference the best qualities of the past yet offer them a new and vital experience. Added to this are identified consumer concerns for locally produced goods with real and natural ingredients from proven sources, free from unnecessary additives. You require an innovative product range to satisfy these diverse needs. Confektz gourmet products will do that for you.

You can select from

  • 29 flavours of marshmallow with 2 new rich and exciting flavours: Gold Saffron and Indian Rose, both with edible gold
  • ambient sweet and savoury jellies made from crushed fruits and/or vegetables
  • almond brittle - as toffee pieces, or as bars dipped in chocolate and rolled in ground nuts
  • 4 flavour combinations of Rocky Road - coffee/vanilla; rose/vanilla; tangerine/lemon and cherry/vanilla. All with nuts, some fruits.
  • honey nut nougats - almond/pistachio; and chocolate nougat from chocolate/almond/hazelnut
  • chocolate pistachio fudge - not as sweet or as grainy as most fudge
  • bonbons from chocolate, almonds and hazelnuts
  • rum truffles
  • Xmas lines
  • New!! biscotti thins - in various nuts, seeds, and dried fruits
All chocolate used in our products is Valrhona chocolate. You can select from:
  • Venezuelan 72% Araguani chocolate, from pure origin Grand Cru cocoa beans - the flavours linger on the palate
  • organic and fairtrade 70% Andoa Noire: a blend of Grand Cru cocoa beans
  • organic and fairtrade 39% Andoa milk: a blend of Grand Cru cocoa beans. Nougat is not available in this chocolate.

Shelf life
for marshmallows: best before 4 weeks from production.

Store in a cool, dry place at less than 12C, and  preferably closed in their packaging.

To store fruit jellies: refrigerate at 2 to 5C.

It is best to eat quality confectionery and chocolate at room temperature.
